Quand l'envoyer
Every 15 minutes per ED site.
Ce qu'il modifie
- Two consecutive misses and 15 minutes of silence close a visit as unknown, silently; boarders are never closed.
- A roster that would close too many visits is quarantined for review (circuit breaker).
