Questions for your doctor
Write down questions for your doctor while you wait. The notepad in EDFlow is saved only on your phone, never sent to the hospital, and cleared when your access ends.
Tell a staff member now
Don't wait for a reply on your phone. Tell any nurse or staff member right away, or press your call bell. If you're in the waiting room, go to the triage desk.
If this is an emergency, call 911. For health advice, call Health811 at 811.
It's easy to forget a question when the doctor comes by. Use the notepad to write your questions down while you wait. Open it from the menu on the Visit screen.

Add a question
- Tap the box and type your question.
- Or tap a suggestion, for example What happens next?, What should I watch for at home?, When can I eat or drink? or Who do I follow up with?.
You can edit, delete and reorder questions. You can have 20 questions of up to 280 characters each.
When the doctor comes
Tap Show my doctor. Your questions that haven't been asked yet appear in very large text, so you can show the screen or read from it. After you ask a question, mark it Asked.
Your notes stay on your phone
