Integration analysts
EDFlow for integration analysts: feed health states and what each audience sees, per-source status, heartbeats, event counts, rejections by error code, roster discrepancies and feed alerts.
The integration analyst keeps the EHR feed healthy. You see EDFlow ids, event types and statuses, never patient pages or names.
Feed health

When the feed goes down, the integration roles and the integration on-call address get push and email alerts. Charge nurses see the banner without a push.
Per source
- Status (testing, active, disabled), kind and EHR system.
- Feed state, last event, heartbeat age and the queue depth the engine reports.
- Events per minute over the last hour.
- Counts over 24 hours: accepted, duplicate, buffered, ignored, rejected, with rejections by error code.
- The last roster and its discrepancies (missing arrivals, auto-closed visits).
- Alert recipients.
