Reports and exports
De-identified exports from EDFlow (visit facts, test turnaround, request facts, feedback, code log), how they are de-identified, the export log, single-use downloads and scheduled reports.

Exports
With analytics.export, request a CSV of:
- visit facts;
- test turnaround samples;
- request facts;
- feedback answers (comments only once reviewed);
- the code log.
How exports are de-identified
- No names, identifiers or hashes.
- Dates shifted or reduced to weekday and hour; ages in bands.
- Any cell with fewer than 5 visits suppressed.
- A random study id per export, so two exports can't be joined.
The export log
Who, what, when, and status (queued, running, ready, failed, expired). Files are deleted after 24 hours. Downloads use a single-use link after you sign in. Every export is audited.
Scheduled reports
A weekly PDF summary of the key metrics by email, with no patient information. Where the site turns on AI, a draft weekly narrative can accompany it; a manager reviews it before it's shared.
Audit and visit-record exports
These are privacy exports, not analytics: see Privacy officers.

AI
Turn EDFlow AI features on per site: the six layers that must all allow a feature, the governance gates G-AI-1 to G-AI-6, budgets, conversation retention, the kill switch, and where flagged conversations go.
