Simulator

The EDFlow EHR simulator for the sandbox and showcase: fire the next event for a visit, run scripted scenarios, autopilot a synthetic department, choose the transport (direct, signed webhook, HL7 v2, FHIR) and control the feed.

The simulator creates synthetic EHR traffic. It exists only in synthetic deployments (development, the showcase and the integration sandbox). It isn't built into production or customer test, and every simulator function refuses to run there.

Simulateur de DME (bac à sable et démonstration seulement) : scénarios, rythme des arrivées et événements envoyés.

Panels

PanelWhat it does
PatientsPick a simulated visit and fire the next plausible event: triage, assign a physician or nurse, order a test, advance a test, result all tests, reassess, consult, disposition, bed steps, depart, left without being seen. New arrival creates a fictional patient and prints a card
ScenariosScripted runs at 1×, 5× or 20× with progress, pause and cancel
AutopilotA continuous synthetic department with an arrival multiplier (0.5× to 3×) and speed. Stops after 2 hours unless renewed; at most 45 simulated visits per site
TransportDirect, or Signed webhook to /ehr/v1/events with the sandbox source key (exercising signatures, idempotency and per-event results), or send as HL7 v2 or FHIR to demonstrate the adapters
Feed controlsHeartbeat on or off (delayed after 5 min, down after 15), send a census or a roster, send 50 duplicates to show idempotency
LogThe last 200 events with their ingest status
ResetReset the showcase data, with a typed confirmation. Refused if any site is pilot or live or any real source is active
