Request types
Edit the EDFlow request catalogue: enable, reorder and customise request types, routes and pools, FYI-only types, care-flag rules, service-level targets, and the locked I feel worse request.
The request catalogue decides which tiles patients see, where each request goes and how fast it escalates.

The default catalogue
24 types: the 16 core requests (stepping out, back, washroom, help to the washroom, blanket, water, pain, nausea, IV, help with something else, eat or drink, when will I see the doctor, interpreter, question for the care team, thinking of leaving, I feel worse), plus a sign-language interpreter, Indigenous patient navigator, spiritual care, social work, nicotine cravings, and for admitted patients waiting for a bed: meal tray, next medicine, overnight visitor. You can add up to 30 custom types.
